We are not at this time working on/offering: Winter Jackets, backpacks/bags, luggage, leatherwork, longarm quilting, activewear/underwear repairs.
All of the listed prices are used as an outline for the sewers and seamstresses working with Madrigal Threads. Each job, garment, and sewer may have a slightly different final price.
Scheduling Your Fitting
In order to schedule a fitting with Amelia, please click this link to reserve your space! They are normally 30 minute time blocks, but depending on the project we may need more or less time. If none of the times in the last link work for you, please click this link and fill out the form. We will contact you to complete scheduling an appointment/consultation and iron out any details!
If you are needing multiple garments to be altered, please only submit one form. There is an option on the form to say that you have multiple items!
Once we have reached out to you to schedule a fitting or consultation, you have 2 weeks to reply and schedule the meeting. We will reach out to you again if you have not responded within 7 days, or one week (and again at 13 days, or the day before the deadline) to make sure you are aware of the upcoming deadline to respond. If after 2 (two) weeks, or 14 days, you have not scheduled your consultation/fitting, we will assume that you have decided to cancel.
If you are unable to make it to your fitting, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are told more than 24 hours in advance, we can work to get you a new appointment time. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment or are a no show, you will lose priority and may not get a rescheduled appointment time that is most convenient. After 2 no shows, you will no longer be given a time to reschedule.
Fees
Rush $30
When turnaround is requested to be less than 3 days
Beading/Applique $3o
When beading/applique is so dense or placed in a manner that it must be moved/changed in order to complete the alteration.
*This fee does not apply to custom garments as any beading or complex decoration would be considered in the final price for both time and material costs.
